Are your products good quality?
Yes! Every product is tested and vetted before we list it. If it doesn't work well, we don't sell it.

How long until I get my order?
Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days. You'll get tracking info by email.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all orders over $35 ship free!

What if my item arrives broken?
Send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you right away.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet (usually within 24 hours), email us and we'll take care of it.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we're US-only for now, but we're working on it!
